All information we collect and/or receive under this section is collectively called “Contact Information.”

  2. Billing Information

    1. In order to process any transactions (e.g., investing in cryptocurrency) through the Platform (each, a “Transaction”), Registered Users will be required to provide payment-related information which may include instructions for ACH transfers (“Billing Information”). Such Billing Information will be collected and processed by our third-party payment processor pursuant to the terms and conditions of their privacy policies and terms of use, and we do not obtain access to any Billing Information in connection with such Transactions.
